Discovery of needs, quantities, styles, controls, budget, and other details.
Budgetary price is supplied.
Budgetary price is approved. Daylite provides drawings, wiring diagrams, and submits invoice.
Invoice is paid and construction begins.
Window is shipped and tracking information and installation instructions are emailed to client.
DELIVERY TIME
Items are normally shipped via UPS within 30 days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
DAYLITE WINDOWS:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EVO-LITE:
All returns must have an RMA number and be in resalable (in un-opened original packaging, not having been installed) condition to be accepted as a return. There is a 25% restock fee for all returned products. Any credit card processing fees cannot be refunded.
